Shipping Policy: Your Style, Delivered Dope!

At The Creative Collection, we're committed to getting your dope fashion to you with ease. 

Shipping Policy: 

🗓️ Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days to process and fulfill your order! After your order is fulfilled it will be shipped according to the USPS shipping standards.


Shipping Partners: We currently ship with USPS and DHL to ensure your orders reach you securely and promptly.


💸 Shipping Prices: Shipping prices are calculated by USPS based on location and weight of your package. You can find the specific details during the checkout process.

🚚 USPS Ground Advantage & Priority Shipping
USPS Ground Advantage ships within 1 to 4 business days. Priority Shipping takes 1-2 business days.


📦 Tracking Information: Once your item hits the road, you'll receive USPS tracking info via email. Keep an eye on your inbox for the journey details!


🚢 Shipping Refunds: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.


📍 Delivery Address: It's all in the details! Ensure you provide the correct delivery address during checkout. We can't be responsible for misplaced packages due to address errors.

📬 Delivered but Missing?

If your tracking shows delivery, but your package is MIA, contact your local post office with the tracking number or file a claim for swift assistance.

 

 

Refund Policy (if applicable)
We will give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase of any item has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition. 

Damaged Items:

  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, we've got you covered! We'll provide a free shipping label for the return and or exchange your item for you. 

Returns and Exchanges

All other Returns and Exchanges must be made within 14 days. Eligible returns must in the same condition that you received it. Please ship package back to the return mailing address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for general exchanges, including sizing or preference changes.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Exchange Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange promptly.

We value your satisfaction, and our goal is to make your exchange experience hassle-free.


Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within your banks processing time. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
